We are SlooOW and we bake the tastiest and very best 100% natural & organic bread for you!

About 3 years ago, 3 people sat around the table with this thought: How do we make the very best and healthiest bread accessible to everyone? That’s when we created SlooOW: delicious 100% natural & organic sourdough bread to bake at home. And we are on a mission to make it available to everyone!

24 Hours

That’s how long we give our bread to rise. As our name suggests, we at SlooOW do not like fast. We like bread that tastes like real bread. Organic bread made with the best quality organic ingredients. We give our bread more than 24 hours to rise. More than a day to become the best, tastiest organic bread and stone baked for a delicious crispy crust.

We use a traditional long fermentation process to make our SlooOW organic bread. This gives the bread a light open texture and a distinct full flavour. We then bake our bread in a stone oven for a thin crispy crust. We take up to 30 hours to craft our breads. Real quality time!

100% Natural

We at SlooOW believe that Mother Nature knows best. That’s why we only ever use 100% natural and organic certified ingredients.

All our products are produced organically and fairly. And we work with specially selected suppliers – only the very best grains will do!

Stone Oven Baked

We bake our organic bread on natural stone. The result is a thin and golden crispy crust. SooO delicious!

  • Lower gluten content making it easier to digest

Fresh Home Baking

Our SlooOW baguettes and rolls are available in different varieties ready to bake at home.

We package our products in a protective atmosphere so they are ready whenever you need them. Fresh home baking in minutes!

Simply remove the rolls or baguettes from the packaging and bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes – see pack for instructions.

Pandriks Group

SlooOW is a brand of the Pandriks Group consisting of Pandriks Bake Off B.V. in Meppel (Netherlands) and Bio Breadness GmbH in Fulda (Germany).

Bread used to taste much better: this was the driver for the development of a unique process where the dough rises for 24 hours, 100% natural ingredients are used and baking is done on natural stone.

At Pandriks, we combine traditional processes with the most modern techniques.

The result? A unique concept for top quality, pure and honest bread without artificial additives, baked on natural stone. In short: the best in bake off!
